Michalis Koudounas, Managing Director of PrimeLink, held top positions, in various Greek and multinational companies, such as Alector Advertising, Leo Burnett, Mercury S.A., Johnson & Johnson Hellas and Johnson & Johnson USA.

In 1989 he was one of the major founding partners of SELECON Management Consulting Team Ltd and SELEPROM Communication and Promotion Ltd.

He is involved in Executive Search and Selection as well as training. Michalis is a certified Storewars trainer and has been developing and delivering customized Storewars courses since 1999.


Roula Petkova: Mrs. Petkova has joined PrimeLink since 1998 and is currently responsible for the management of existing promotion teams all around Greece, her main tasks being human capital management and development.

She is heavily involved in the development of promotion teams in the cosmetics sector.

Yannos Koudounas: He graduated with a First BSc in Environmental Sciences from the University of East Anglia and continued with a Masters of Philosophy in Geographical Information Systems from the University of Cambridge.

He started his career as a GIS analyst in the radio department of Telestet in 2000, developing GIS based applications for the Radio and Customer Service departments of the company. Yannos was then employed by CSC Hellas (a subcontractor of Athens 2004 with experience in the Olympics of Atlanta and Sidney), undertaking the project management of modelling pedestrian flows to all athletic venues during the Athens 2004 Olympic games. He then moved on to the Athens Deloitte Consulting office as a senior consultant, involved in the delivery of a great number of business related GIS projects, focused on the Banking and retail industry.

In September 2005 he joined Primelink Consulting, his main task being the business development of Business Simulation based training as well as the delivery.

Yannos is a certified trainer in delivering Storewars and Corporate ProfitAbility. He has been facilitating Storewars seminars since 2001.
